Anita G. Long

Frances Anita Galloway Long, 80, of Brevard passed away on December 16, 2023. A native of Henderson County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of the late James P.  “Bud” and Viola N. Galloway.

Her survivors include her daughter, Ashari Dimera of Asheville, NC; and her brother, Mike Galloway (Billa), of Brevard.

She worked for many years for Citizens Telephone and later Comporium, where she retired.

The family wishes to express their thanks to the staff at Tore’s Home and Four Seasons Hospice for their excellent care.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
