Anne Krogstad

Anne Marie Balz Krogstad, 94, of Brevard, passed away on Sunday, May 8, 2016. Born in Manhattan, New York, she was the daughter of the late Louis Casper and Anna Keil Balz. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, John Karl Krogstad.
She is survived by her daughters, Christine Swofford (Philip) Newton, NJ and Elise Irwin of Seattle, WA, and grandchildren Brian Swofford, Laura Swofford, Edward Irwin and Alexander Irwin.

A Memorial Service for Anne Marie Krogstad will be held at 1 PM on Saturday, May 28, 2016 at The Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd with Rev. Mary Shore officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Transylvania County Humane Society at 84 E. Main Street, Brevard, NC 28712.
