Bertie Cecil Harris, 94, of Lake Toxaway, passed away on Thursday, November 21, 2019. A native of Transylvania County, he was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Harris, and daughter Renee Lancaster. He is survived by his grandson, Clay McGaha.
