Billy Cooper

Billy J Cooper, 73, of Brevard, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015. A native of Morganton, NC, he was the son of the late John Cooper and the late Mildred Carswell. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his brother Harold Carswell.

He is survived by his children: Barbara Garver and husband Robert of Indianapolis, IN, and Eddie Hall and wife Melody of Cape Coral, FL.; grandchildren Nick Garver of Indianapolis, IN., Cory Garver and wife Sarah of Fillmore, IN., Eric Hall of Cape Coral, Fl and Brandi LeFever and husband Jack of Vacaville, CA.; great-grandchildren Gage LeFever, Gavin Garver and Grace Garver; his brother Charles Cooper and wife Barbara of Murrells Inlet, SC., and sister Brenda Rector of Hickory, NC.
