Deborah Johnson

Deborah Rosan Johnson, 65, of Horseshoe, passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2021. A native of Henderson County, North Carolina, she was the daughter of Marie Corsentino Johnson and the late Earl Wayne Johnson.  In addition to her father, she was also preceed in death by her daughter Tina Pridmore and her son, Adam Pridmore.

Always the life of the party, Deborah loved to cook and loved to watch her friends and patrons eat. She used her Degree in Culinary Arts to sculpt wonderful meals and treats that were enjoyed by many, but none more important than her family. Her family was her first priority in life and caring for them, enjoying nature and the outdoors, experiencing adventures with her children and grandchildren gave her the greatest joy.

Her survivors include her mother, Marie Johnson; her children: Brittany Johnson and Forest Johnson; her grandchildren: Ava Sharpe, Dylan Glaspy, Adriana Pridmore, and Klesa Harper; and her siblings: Donna Novotny, Clifton Futch, Wayne Johnson, Diamond Josie and Tony Johnson.

Funeral Services for Deborah Johnson will be held at 12:00 noon, on Monday, at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Etowah, NC with Rev. Rick Phillips officiating.
