Diamond Elizabeth Glee Alexander, 24, passed away on Friday, August 3, 2012.



A native of Transylvania County, she was a daughter of Laura Sherrill and Bryan Reece of Rosman and Phil Alexander and wife Judy of Flat Rock.



She graduated from Rosman High school. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church in Hendersonville.



Diamond is also survived by her grandparents John and Betty Sherrill of Lake Toxaway; her brothers, Eamon John Alexander of Rosman and Graeme Alexander of WV; her sisters, Amber Reece of Rosman, Tristan Brown of Flat Rock and Aquilla Funderburke of FL.



A Memorial Service will be held at St. Philips Episcopal Church in Brevard on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 1:00 PM with the Rev. Joel Hafer. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.



Small floral or plant arrangements are requested by the family or memorial contributions may be made to St. Philips Episcopal Church, 256 E. Main St., Brevard, NC 28712.
