Dorothy Faulds

Dorothy S. Faulds, 90, of Brevard, passed away on October 5, 2016. Born January 1, 1926, she was a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Elizabeth Brand Sanford. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband, Russell Faulds.
Dorothy and her parents moved to Norwalk, Connecticut when she was just two-and-a-half years old. After she and Russell were married in 1950 they started their family and were blessed with two sons; Douglas and Scott. She moved to Brevard in 1991.
She is survived by her son Douglas and his wife Cheryl of Trumbull, CT, and her son Scott, and three granddaughters: Jessica, Lauren and Samantha of Woodbury, CT.
A graveside service for Dorothy Faulds will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, October 10, 2016 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory in Pisgah Forest.
