Edith Reid

Edith “Dianne” Reid, 68, of Rosman, passed away on June 28, 2021. She was born on April 17, 1953 to the late Marvin and Margaret Reid of Rosman. In addition to her parents, Dianne is preceded in death by her brothers, Morris (Lois) Reid of Rosman and Dean Reid of Rosman.

She is survived by her sister, Melba (Berlin) Owen of Rosman; her brother, Ronnie (Rhonda) Reid of Lake Toxaway; many nieces and nephews; and three special great nieces and nephews, Sadie, Lilliana, and Mitchell. She was a 1971 graduate of Rosman High School.

She was a faithful member of Living Hope Church of God and she loved collecting angel figurines. She was employed by M-B Industries in Rosman for over 40 years where her coworkers became some of her very dearest friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 1st at 6:00pm at Rosman Tabernacle. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 7:00pm. As an expression of sympathy, donations may be made to the Living Hope Church of God Building Fund, 193 Hillside Heights, Brevard, NC 28712.
