Edna Fulton Carter
Brevard - Edna Fulton Carter died September 29, 2010 at Tore's Home in Brevard. She was born December 3, 1921 in Asheville, NC to the late Robert Kendrick Fulton and Vena Morris Fulton. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her sisters Ruth Perry and Catherine Perry and a brother Robert Kendrick Fulton, Jr.
She was a member of First Baptist Church in Brevard and taught Sunday school there for many years. She was a former employee of Ecusta and homemaker.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years Roy E. Carter, a son David K. Carter (Cindy), two grandchildren Charles Carter (Christin) and Kim Nicholson (Daniel) all of Brevard and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 30, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Brevard with Revs. Danny Hedgepeth and Tommy Crocker officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church parlor.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Tore Bourhaug and the staff at Tore's Home.
