Flora Gregg

Brevard - Flora Gregg, 95, of Brevard, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, April 9, 2009 at The Oaks of Brevard.
A native of Anderson County, she was a daughter of the late Jesse and Mary Waters Eller. She was preceded in death by her husband, R.D. Gregg. She was also preceded in death by her son Leonard Gregg, two sisters and a brother. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mrs. Gregg was a devoted Pastor's wife and homemaker. She was a loving mother, friend and seamstress. She enjoyed her family and church life. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by two daughters, Hellen and husband Curtis Simmons of Union, SC and Betty and husband Bobby Dixon of Montrose, Colorado; eight granddaughters, one grandson, four great granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April 11, 2009 at Moore Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Benny Green officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
The family would like to thank the staff and friends at The Oaks of Brevard for taking such wonderful care and enriching the life of Mrs. Gregg.
