Frances Woodring

Frances Louise Woodring, 67, of Brevard, passed away on Thursday, July 10, 2014 at the Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard. She was born in Transylvania County, NC to the late Charles "Bunt" and Alice Center Grogan. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her brother, Charles Grogan, sisters Shelby Raines and Virginia Brown and sister-in-law Janie Russell.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Robert Woodring and son Jeff Woodring of Brevard; sisters Joyce Justus and husband Bill of Newton, NC, and Wanda Owen and husband Grady of Pisgah Forest, sisters-in-law Betsy Lollis, Betty Hall, Dorothy Lail and Louise Rogers, all of Easley, SC, and brothers-in-law Vernon Ray Woodring, James Woodring, and Joe Woodring, all of Brevard; and a number of nieces and nephews.
There will be a graveside service at 2 P.M. on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory in Pisgah Forest with Rev. Terry Whitesides officiating.
