Geraldine "Gerri" Sisk Westall
Pisgah Forest - Geraldine "Gerri" Sisk Westall, 78, died Monday August 9, 2010 at her residence.

She was born on November 8, 1931 to the late Utah David and Virgie Randall Sisk. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Thad E. Westall; brothers, Harold, David, and twin brother Gerald.

Mrs. Westall worked as a telegrapher for Western Union and as a decoder for the US Pentagon. She also lovingly cared for many foreign exchange students through the years.

She is survived by her daughter; Junette W. McCarson and husband Mike of Pisgah Forest; brothers, Olen Sisk and wife Winnie, Bob Sisk and wife Norma, Myron Sisk and wife Kathy, Byron Sisk and wife Linda, Steve Sisk and wife Nadine, Jack Sisk; sisters; Virginia Thoele, Mary Vandergrift and husband Ira, Kitty Reynolds and husband Don, grandchildren, Amanda and Andrew McCarson; and a great grandchild, Derek Brayden Finney and many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 11am at Pisgah Memorial Gardens. The family received friends on Friday, August 13, 2010 from 6 to 8pm at Moore Funeral Home.
