Jack Ammons

Jack Ricky Ammons, 62, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at The Elizabeth House in Flat Rock. A native of Transylvania County, he is the son of Jack Ammons and the late Marian Frady Ammons.
He received his Bachelor's Degree from Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, NC and his Master's Degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. An avid photographer, Ricky also enjoyed competitive table tennis.

He is survived by his father, Jack Hayes Ammons; his brother Jerry Ammons and wife Joellen of Nicholasville, KY and his sister Julie Seanor and husband Michael of Navarre, FL.
Funeral Services for Ricky Ammons will be at 2:00 P.M. on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Moore Funeral Home in Brevard with Rev. Paul Smith officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 - 2:00, prior to the service. Interment will be at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
