James Henderson

James C. "Bud" Henderson, 75, of Balsam Grove, passed away on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at The Oaks of Brevard. A native of Transylvania County, he was a son of the late James Bingham and Lora Belle Miller Henderson.
His loving survivors include his children: Dexter Henderson and wife Marsha of Balsam Grove, Danny Henderson and wife Laura of Lake Toxaway, Donna Cowart of Balsam Grove, Darrell Henderson of Lake Toxaway, Doyle Henderson and wife Judy of Balsam Grove, Bryan Henderson and wife Claudia of Rosman, Lisa Owen and husband Drew of Balsam Grove, Derek Henderson and wife Wendy of Brevard and Nathan Henderson and wife Sabrina of Rosman; Brother Tom Henderson of Atlanta, GA., sisters Faye Carson of Brevard, Martha Wolfe of Cedar Mountain, Gail Cheek of Lake Toxaway, Betty Thomas of Whitewater, Mina Smith of Brevard and Bonnie of Asheville; 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held for Bud Henderson at 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 9, 2015 at Oak Grove Baptist Church in Quebec with Rev. Brian Hoxit officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Friday, May 8, 2015 at Moore Funeral Home in Brevard.
