James Sitton

James S. Sitton, 79, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at his residence.



A native of Transylvania County, he was born on March 14, 1933 to the late Clyde and Emma Bryson Sitton.



James was an avid sportsman who loved to hunt and fish. He was a member of Biltmore Baptist Church. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all that knew him.



He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Sitton Barton and husband Henry of Brevard, his brothers; Donald Sitton and wife Vicky of Fletcher and David Sitton of Brevard, three grandchildren; Nathaniel Leviskia and wife Sharon of Ocean Springs, MS, Andrew Leviskia and wife Alissa of Crestview, FL, and Jessica Leviskia of Crestview, FL, three great grandchildren; Josefina, Josiah and Andrew James Leviskia.



A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 1, 2012 at 2:00pm in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.
