Jean Boggs

Jean Dixon Boggs, of Brevard, NC passed away Tuesday July 2, 2013 at the Elizabeth House in Hendersonville.

Born in Asheville, NC she was the daughter of the late Ballard and Ollie Lawson Dixon. Jean was preceded in death by her former husband, Harold A. Boggs and her brother Bill Dixon.

She valued her friends and was an avid bridge player and volunteered countless hours with the Habitat for Humanity.

Jean is survived by her loving children: one daughter; Susan Boggs of Brevard, NC, two sons; Jim Boggs and his wife Sylvia, Ronnie Boggs and his wife Donna all of Lexington, GA, and one grandson; Charles Boggs and one great granddaughter; Brianna Boggs.

Private Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
