Joann Justice

Penrose - Joann Justice, 71, died Monday, December 21, 2009, at Oconee Memorial Hospital.
A native of Transylvania County, she was the daughter of the late GT and Dola Shipman. She was also preceded in death by a son Brian Thomas Justice.
Mrs. Justice was a faithful member of Little River Baptist Church and a loving, caring mother.
Surviving are her sons, Gary Justice and wife Vickey of Marion, NC, David Justice and wife Pam of Balsam Grove, NC, Daniel Justice and wife Pam of Fletcher, NC, and Daryl Justice and wife Tina of West Union, SC. Seven grandchildren, Emily Sears, John, Jeana, Landon, Kara, Kagan, and Keslynd Justice and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at 3:00 PM at Little River Baptist Church with the Dr. Jack Sammons officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow in Little River Baptist Church Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Little River Baptist Church, C/O Church Building Fund, 51 Little River Church Road, Penrose, NC 28766.
