John William Terjesen, 82 of Brevard passed away Oct. 10, 2013 at the Brian Center in Brevard.
John was born and raised in St. James, New York. He attended Dade County Community College where he studied Mathematics and English. He served in the Naval Air Reserve for 8 years. His work experiences included hardhat welding and salvage diver, sound engineer for movies, construction foreman for high-rise buildings in Miami, FL and home contractor in Brevard.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ethel Mae Baldus Terjesen of College Walk. He is also survived by his two stepdaughters, Donna Barto and Dee Ann Allen, both of Brevard.
He had a great sense of humor and told the best jokes! He could build anything and loved his shop as much as his wife.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1 pm Saturday, October 2, 26, 2013 in the Chapel of Moore Funeral Home & Cremation Services with Rev. Keith Thompson officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, 12:00PM-1:00PM at the funeral home.
