Joseph Don Hall

Pisgah Forest - Joseph Don Hall, 53, died Monday, March 16, 2008 at the St. Joseph Campus of Mission Hospitals.
A native of Transylvania County, he was the son of the late Aldon Hall, Jr. and Lois Merrill Hall. He is also preceded in death by a sister, Lois Anita Hall, and a brother, Aldon Tex Hall.
He was a graduate of Brevard High School. He was a carpenter and avid woodworker for 36 years.
Surviving are his wife, Teresa Pittman Hall; daughter, Delia McCall and husband Tracy of Balsam Grove; sister, Gail Macfie and husband Jim of Brevard; brother, Greg Hall and wife Carol of Pisgah Forest; nieces, Amber Causby and Jamie Macfie; nephews, Ethan and Caleb Hall; special friends, Larry, Tillman, and Roger.
The memorial service will be held at 3 PM Thursday at Little River Baptist Church with the Rev. Marcus Dodson officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 120 Executive Park, Building 1, Asheville, NC 28801 or to the Transylvania County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1288, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768.
