Judy Bracken

Judy Blythe Bracken, 74, of Pisgah Forest, NC, died Tuesday, August 30, 2022 at her home. A Transylvania County native, she was the daughter of the late Horace Blythe and Decima Hall Sitton. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sheila Blythe Wilson.

She graduated from Brevard high School in 1966 and attended Enon Baptist Church.

Judy worked for many years as manager of Ruth Originals in Hendersonville before she took over the business.

She is survived by two sisters: Rebecca Ann Banks and Sandra Elaine Blythe, both of Pisgah Forest, NC; two nieces: Christy Tate and Tammy Brevard, both of South Carolina; and three nephews, Richie Holden of Brevard, NC,  Roy Dossey and Duane Dossey, also of Brevard.
