Lela Moore Wilson

Pisgah Forest - Lela Moore Wilson, 92, died Saturday, May 30, 2009 at the Oaks of Brevard.
A native of Sevier County, TN, she was the daughter of the late William Thomas Moore and the late Martha Jane Qulliams Moore and was the wife of the late Max Gilbert Wilson. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Elmer, Luster, Lloyd, and Perry Moore, her sisters, Lourie Hurst and Katherine Moore, her grandson, Keith Hutchins and granddaughter, Sandra Sitton.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of Pisgah Forest Baptist Church.
Surviving are her daughters, Sue Wilson of Brevard, Eva Hutchins and husband Carroll of Pisgah Forest, Christine Sitton and husband Perry of Pisgah Forest, and Judy Morgan and husband Joe of Hendersonville; grandchildren, Frank and Toby Hutchins, Flint, Steve and Greg Sitton, Jennifer Quinn, Tammi Morgan, and Traci Fletcher, 13 great grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren.
The graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm Monday at Pisgah Gardens with the Rev. Tommy Owen officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Assoc., 31 College Place, Suite D320, Asheville, NC 28801 or to one's favorite charity.
