Margaret Ellen Ball, 67, of Brevard, passed away on Tuesday, August 13, 2024. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Louise Poledna. In addition to her mother, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, James Ball; her brothers Gary, Arthur and Larry and her sister, Milly.
A retired Business Analyst with Bank of America, she enjoyed bowling and was a Bronze Medal winner at the North Carolina Senior Olympics in Bocce Ball.
In her younger days she loved camping and fishing, road trips, and Billy Joel was the soundtrack of her life. She loved every song and could belt out every word. As a human, it was often stated that she "walked to the beat of her own drum"; a lady with spirit and swagger.
Her greatest joys were her children and grandchildren: her children: Gretchen Fulton (Brandon Green) and Christopher Allen Ball; grandchildren Emma Fulton and Elijah Fulton; and her brother, David Berns.
A private family gathering will be held.
