Margaret Jetton

Margaret jean Parker Jetton, 94, of Lake Toxaway, passed away on Thursday, October 27, 2022. A native of Charlotte, NC, she was the daughter of the late Robert Winfield and Mary Todd Parker.  In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Jerry N. Jetton; their daughter, Cathy Tucker, and her brothers, Robert (Junior) Parker, Jr., and Pat Parker.

A highly skilled and classically trained pianist, she continued to entertain and inspire with her gift into her nineties.  She was a long-time member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Charlotte where she played at times but also where her love for Jesus Christ was born and grew into her daily walk with the Risen Savior.  She also enjoyed needlework, knitting and crocheting.

Her greatest joy came from loving and caring for her family. Having met her husband after being introduced by family members, they married just a few months later.

Her loving survivors include her children: Cindy (Dicky) Puckett and Margaret (Mark) Santaloci; son-in-law Tim Tucker; grandchildren: Jerry (Krystal) Tucker, Ashley Tucker, Taylor Boatwright, Hayley Boatwright, Lane Puckett, Shelby Puckett, Brandon Boatwright, Emma Santaloci; great-grandchildren: Kaitlyn, Jason, Ashton, Nick, Walker, Violet and Scarlett.

Service arrangements will be announced at a later date.
