Marian Smith

Marian B. Smith, born January 18, 1927 in England, passed away April 8, 2021 at her home near Brevard, North Carolina.

Marian is predeceased by her husband Sam B. Smith and daughter Sheila Perkins.  Survivors include son Terry A. Smith, of Louisville, Kentucky, granddaughter Zoe Perkins, and nieces and nephews in the United states and in England.

Marian loved to read.  She loved her cats.  She loved the colors of the natural world, marveling at flowers and beautiful sunsets.

Marian especially loved her family and the good friends who helped her so much in her later years.,

At Marian’s request, no memorial service is planned.

A memorial donation to any charitable organization is suggested and would honor her generous spirit.
