Mary De Castrique

Mary Kathleen de Castrique of Pisgah Forest, NC, passed
away Monday, December 13, after a brief illness. In addition
to being a devoted mother and loving wife, she spent over 20 years
helping others as a school psychologist/counselor
in the public schools and provided psychological services
to group homes in South Carolina.

She is survived by her daughter Emily, her son Benjamin, and
husband Craig, plus five brothers, a sister, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 17 at 2PM at First United Methodist Church, 325 Broad Street, Brevard, NC with the Rev. Mike Jordan officiating. A reception will follow in the church fellowship hall.

The burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Transylvania Regional Hospital Foundation, 260 Hospital Drive, Brevard, NC 28712
