Mary Louise Shea Walker

Lake Toxaway - Mary Louise Shea Walker, 84, went to be with her Lord on Saturday, March 7, 2009 at her residence surrounded by her family.
Born in Miami, FL, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Thomas Shea and Margaret Louise Shea. She is also preceded in death by her sister, Delores Shea; brothers, Buddy and Billy Shea.
Mrs. Walker was a member of Lake Toxaway Baptist Church.
Surviving are her husband, Lee A. Walker; 3 daughters, Judy Dove and husband Ronald of Century, FL, Mary Lee Shipley and husband Graham of Charlotte, NC, Debbie Sorkin and husband Larry of Lake Toxaway; 3 sisters, June Barnes of Georgetown, FL, Shirley Cowart of Satsuma, FL, Pat Harden of Bowdon, GA; brother, Daniel Shea of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, Ronnie, Patrick and Christopher Dove, Sabrina Holt, Kerri Sorkin, Rachel and Andrew Shipley; 12 great grandchildren; 1 great-great granddaughter.
The funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at Lake Toxaway Baptist Church with the Revs. Danny McLamb and Andrew Shipley officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 pm Monday at Moore Funeral Home.
