Melinda Ponder

Melinda Leigh Ponder, 35, of Brevard, passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2014. She was the daughter of Ronnie Ponder and Janet J. Ponder. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents William and Alma Jamerson.

She is survived by her parents, Ronnie Dean Ponder and Janet Jamerson Ponder; sons Grant Maybin and Garrett Maybin; partner Patrick Maybin; sisters Lori Ponder and twin Michelle Ponder; brother Chris Ponder; paternal grandparents Roscoe and Grace Ponder; nephews Bailey Ponder, Joshua Ponder, and David Queen and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Graveside Services for Melinda Leigh Ponder will be at 3:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 31, 2014 at Little River Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Farmer officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM, one prior to the service in the church sanctuary.
