Mildred Smith

Mildred Smith, 92, of Brevard, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2015 at Transylvania Regional Hospital. A native of Sebring, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late David Elmer and Lillian Marie Sturgis Johnson. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband William T. Smith and fourteen brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her children, son William "Bill" Smith and wife Claire of Salem, SC., and daughter Christine Baddeley of Brevard; sisters Ina Bohm of Sebring, Ohio and Ethel Albert of Alliance, Ohio; 6 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Mildred Smith will be at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, February 16, 2015 at Brevard Church of Christ with Rev. Al Bergeron officiating. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 4:00 PM, prior to the service. Interment will be at Blue Ridge Gardens of Memory.

In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Palmetto Bible Camp, 140 Fall Creek Road, Marietta, SC 29661
