Ollie Mae Blankenship Sizemore

Pisgah Forest - Ollie Mae Blankenship Sizemore, 83, of Pisgah Forest, NC went home to be with her Lord on May 14, 2011.

She was a daughter of the late George W. Blankenship and Effie Mae Johnson Blankenship. She loved the Lord and lived for him daily. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Mission Church.

Survivors include her loving husband of 64 years, Rev. Buddy Sizemore, three sons; Bill Sizemore and wife Sheila of Arden, NC, Charles Sizemore and wife Donna of Pisgah Forest, NC, and Jerry Sizemore and wife Angel of Kingsland, Ga., two daughters; Linda Skeens and husband Greg of Jacksonville, FL, and Rita Register and husband James of Kingsland, Ga., three sisters; Evelyn Smith, Maxine Hyatt and Jewel Mims, nine grand children, seven great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Calvary Baptist Mission Church with Dr. Joe Chapman and Rev. Bill Bruner officiating. Burial will follow at Pisgah Gardens. The family will receive friends at Moore Funeral Home, Monday evening from 7:00-9:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Transylvania Regional Hospital, Hospice, P.O. Box 2440, Brevard, NC 28712.
