Patty Cover

Patty Lynn Branham Cover, 51, of Brevard, NC passed away September 21, 2016. A native of Columbus, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Everett and Mabel Alley Branham. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her sister, Kathy Hinkle.

Patty was the epitome of love, loyalty and commitment to her family and friends. Her beautiful smile brought light to every room she entered. Love and laughter defined her spirit. A joyful spirit that will live on in the hearts of all that were fortunate enough to have known her. Patty had a passion for the loving care of animals. Her family pets and those she encountered through her pet care services brought her immense joy. She skillfully turned her passion into her vocation. She spent countless hours creating beautiful flower beds around her house. She was proud to call the mountains of North Carolina her home for nearly 40 years.
Patty is in Heaven now and will continue to watch over those she loves as she did here on earth.

Patty is survived by her loving husband, Steven Cover; their cherished and devoted son James Cover; brothers Ken Branham and wife Susan of Monticello, FL and Terry Branham and wife Sandra of North Carolina; and sisters Sandra Hale and husband Ervin of Varney, KY, Diane Hinkle and husband Odell of Varney, KY and Nancy Cosner and husband Rick of Columbus, OH.

The family will have a private memorial service at a later date.
