Richard Hagedorn

Richard Hagedorn, 68, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on Saturday, November 28, 2020. A native of Ridgewood, NJ, he was the son of the late Garret and Carolyn Vroon Hagedorn.

Dick was an avid sports lover, refereed soccer for the local high schools, excellent golfer. When he wasn’t watching sports he was playing with his puppies Libby and Gertie, cooking and loving on his 5 grandchildren.

His loving survivors include his wife, Rebecca Hagedorn; Major William Parker (Whitney), Jennifer Husker P. Huskey and Frances P. Stacks (Perry); grandchildren: Grace Huskey, Parker Stacks, Margo Stacks, William Parker and Evelyn Parker; sisters Jewell Farrier (Bruce), Judi Warner (Ric), Dale Hagedorn (Trish) and Darryl Hagedorn; children Jed Fischer

(Kelly) and Kelly Fischer.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
