Fletcher - Wade P. McGuire, 72, died Sunday, February 3, 2008 at the Brian Center, Hendersonville.

A native of Transylvania County, he was the son of the late Ralph and Sallie Lyday McGuire. He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Robert Raines and Robert's wife, Terrye.

Surviving are his sisters, Margaret Raines and husband William of Mauldin, SC, and Clara Neill and husband Wayne of Brevard; brother, Dr. Robert L. McGuire and wife Ann of Auburn, AL; four nieces, two nephews, three great nieces, and two great nephews.

The memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday at Turkey Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Tommy Owen officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
